Leave for Loughborough University on Thursday 1 Sept to stay in Halls. The Central England Team will train in Nottingham on Friday before travelling to Ponds Forge, Sheffield to swim all day Saturday. Looking forward to the whole experience. I have some meters to swim - 1500, 400 free and a leg in the 4x200 fc relay all on 1 day. Thanks to my base club Loughborough Town who have been very supportive and have said I can train a couple of sessions with them, as my own programme at City doesn't start until next Tuesday 30 Aug.
