Had been training hard for the Champs and very much looking forward to competing. One day was going to be hard as 400IM heats and finals plus the 1500 free were all together! I had 14 qualifying times this year and chose to swim 9 events. What a week! Came home with 8 PB's, 4 golds (1 for 1500) and 3 silvers (1 for 400IM). Hopefully 4 new county records, just waiting for confirmation. A highlight was an additional silver in the 4x200fc relay with my City team mates. Exciting times.
