Have just returned from Taiwan after swimming at the International Children's Games 2016. What an amazing experience, not only to compete against young people from different countries for the first time but to travel further than I ever have before and to forge new friendships with people from all over the world. I was pleased with my results from the 4 individual events entered. Silver 400 free (PB and new County record), silver 200IM (new PB), bronze 200 free and 4th 200 fly. My team also won silver in the IM relay. Fabulous fun!
