After receiving the money from JHMT I have used and will continue to use it to help contribute towards the costs of traveling. I box at national level in major tournaments such as the Senior National Championships and the Haringey Box Cup as well as club shows. The donation from JHMT really helps with the general costs of traveling to each of these different events which I would otherwise have to raise myself so I am really grateful. I have recently had a bout in Birmingham and won by a unanimous decision and next year my main focus will be the Senior National Championships which take place in April.
