I used the money provided from JHMT to fund a European cup race. European cup races are a great experience as they have a high quality of field as well as an opportunity to put my training into practice against the best in Europe.

using the valuable experience gained i was able to go into the next European cup race with a race plan and i finished second getting my first European cup medal and reached the qualifying criteria for world Junior Championships.

I had a decent race at world championships finishing 22nd however the aim is to go back to worlds next year as a final year elite junior and finish in the top ten.

I'm currently in winter training with the world class squad at Loughborough and have recently raced the bucs duathlon finishing as the first Loughborough uni athlete.
